Terms of Business

1. General

The provider of the products and services presented on dz-pergola.si is D&Z Solutions d.o.o., Brezina 69a, 8250 Brežice, Slovenija (the "Provider"). Contact: prodaja@dz-solutions.eu, +386 70 517 885. These terms govern the use of the website and business conducted on the basis of enquiries submitted through it.

2. Quotes and prices

All website content is for information only and does not constitute a binding offer. Only the written quote we prepare on the basis of your enquiry and a site survey is binding. The validity period is stated on the quote itself.

Prices in written quotes include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. The Provider reserves the right to change indicative prices and website content.

3. Ordering, production and delivery

Pergolas are made to order. An order is concluded upon written confirmation of the quote and payment of the deposit or advance specified in the quote. The estimated lead time is approximately 60–90 days from order confirmation and receipt of the agreed payment; the exact deadline is set out in the quote.

The delivery period may exceptionally be extended for reasons beyond the Provider's control (force majeure, supplier delays, weather conditions during installation). We will inform you of any delays in good time.

4. Installation

Installation is carried out by the Provider's team at the address agreed in the quote. The customer ensures access to the site, a suitably prepared base (unless agreed otherwise) and an electricity connection. Any construction or electrical works not expressly included in the quote are not part of the order.

5. Warranty

The following warranty periods apply: SMART frame 15 years, PRESTIGE frame 20 years, powder coating 10 years, motor 5 years, LED lighting and remote control as specified in the quote.

The warranty applies under normal use and regular maintenance in accordance with the instructions, and does not cover damage caused by improper use, third-party interventions or extreme weather events beyond the declared load ratings. The warranty does not limit statutory consumer rights regarding conformity of goods.

6. Complaints and disputes

Complaints are accepted at prodaja@dz-solutions.eu or in writing at the Provider's address. We respond within 8 days at the latest. Consumers retain all rights under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

The parties will seek to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction at the Provider's registered office has jurisdiction. Slovenian law applies.

7. Final provisions

The Provider may amend these terms; the version in force at the time a quote is confirmed applies to that order. The invalidity of any individual provision does not affect the validity of the remainder.
