1. Data controller

2. What data we collect and why

Quote form: full name, phone number, email address, selected model and size, and the content of your message. We process this data to prepare a quote and communicate about your enquiry (legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Review form: name, town, email address, rating and review text. We publish reviews on the website and social profiles only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); the email address is used solely to verify authenticity and is never published. You may withdraw consent at any time.

The website requires no registration and collects no data you do not enter yourself.

3. Processors and data transfers

We rely on contracted processors: HubSpot (CRM for managing enquiries, EU data centre), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (delivery of system emails). Data processing agreements compliant with the GDPR are in place with all of them. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Cookies and advertising technologies

No cookies are required for the basic operation of the site. Measurement and advertising technologies (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads) load only if you explicitly accept them in the cookie banner. Without consent, nothing is loaded and your visit is not tracked.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser – you will be asked for consent again on your next visit.

5. Data retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, to conclude and perform a contract, and thereafter in line with statutory retention periods (e.g. accounting regulations). Published reviews are kept until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Send your request to prodaja@dz-solutions.eu – we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in Slovenia this is the Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).
